Make sure the file is not a hidden file:
1) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Options...'.
2) Click the 'View' tab.
3) Click 'Show All Files'.
4) Click 'Apply'.
5) Click 'OK'.
6) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Refresh'.
